Using ZENworks for Handhelds, I tried running CfgSrvr and I'm getting a looping error that says it can't obtain LDAP credentials. Any thoughts?

Yes, this problem comes up occasionally. It has something to do with a problem updating NICI version 2.4. Here's a workaround:

1. Go to \winnt\system32\novell\nici
2. Right-click Properties > Security tab > Advanced button > Ownertab > check "Replace owner on subcontainer"
3. Click OK > OK > then go into the administrator directory, and right-clickeach of the three files in there.
4. Choose Properties > security tab > check "Allow inheritable..."

You should see the Administrators group added to these files.

Then CfgSrvr should run OK.
