Just started playing with remote control via ZENworks and ran into one big issue. Mainlybecause of the mouse control. If you have a RC window up and the userdecides to move their mouse, it also steals the operator's mouse! Even ifthe operator's mouse is not hovering over the user's window, say I have it offthe screen somewhere so I can watch the user and then open up some otherprogram on my end to test/troubleshoot their problem, I end up fighting theuser for my OWN mouse! The mouse should only be taken over when the RCwindow is the "active" window on your screen. Am I missing something?
