I just installed ZENworks for Desktops on the machine where iManager is, and now I can't seem to access iManager. What gives?
A:
This may be due to port conflicts with ZfD and Tomcat. In order to avoid this problem you may need to disable to change the Tomcat HTTP port. Open the configuration file "...\Tomcat\conf\server.xml", find the directive that defines the "non-SSL Coyote HTTP/1.1 Connector". Either remove this tag or modify the port attribute to indicate an open port other than 8080 as this is the same port that ZfD inventory is using.
