Plain blue background when using Remote Control

I have gotten ZENworks for Desktops 4.0 set up on NW6SP4 and can import the workstations. The remote control and remote view both work, but as soon as the workstationscreen comes up in RC or RV, it has a blue background on both my screen andthe workstation screen. As soon as I end the session, the workstation goesback to its normal background. What's up with that?

This is probably due to the "suppress wallpaper" option, which you can set. When controlling, click the control box top-left (single-click!) then choose configure. The idea is to reduce the amount of data sent over the wire (blank backgrounds are more efficient).
