Q:
Is there a parameter to make the ZfDAgent install silently without requiringa restart? No matter what I have done, the agent always restarts thecomputer after a silent install.

A:
Try the
REBOOT=ReallySuppress
parameter.

Example:
msiexec /i z:\zfdagent\zfdagent.msi /qn ADDLOCAL=ALL EDITABLE_MT_ADDRESS=1STARTUP_APPWINDOW=0 STARTUP_APPEXPLORER=1 REBOOT=ReallySuppress /l*v%WINDIR%\zfdagent.log

If you use the InstallShield Tuner software that comes With ZEN 6.5, you can use the Packaging Wizard to include these parameters automatically . It'll create a setup.exe and setup.ini file which you can run to install the agent. Edit the setup.ini and remove the reference to te transform.
