Problem connecting ZfH Proxy Service to ZfH Server

ZfH Proxy Service is unable to connect to the ZfH Server. Any suggestions for troubleshooting techniques I could try?

Here are a couple of thoughts.

Check the registry on the machine running the ZfH Proxy Service (HKLM\Software\Novell\ZENworks for Handhelds\Current Version\Is Using Network" make sure that the value is equal to 1 so that communication to the network will be enabled for the service.

If the above registry key is correct, try removing and re-installing the ZfH Proxy Service.
