Q:
I'm having trouble remote controlling workstations, and getting errors like this.

#(110)# 8:31:13 AM 06/05/03 Critical : ZenGetLangValueFromZWLanguage: Failed to Read NWLANGUGE from Software\Novell\Sessionsettings\NwLanguage
#(110)# 8:31:13 AM 06/05/03 Critical : ZenLoadResourceOnlyDll:ZenGetLanguageName failed and the Resource DLL can't be loaded
#(110)# 8:31:23 AM 06/05/03 Critical : Failed to Load ZRm32Res.DLL

A:
The Registry Key that determines local language has not been populated by the Install program, or it has been deleted. Modify the steps below to match your local language.

There are two values that need to match. They can be added manually, or they can be added via a simple NAL application.

First, the folder: \Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\RemoteManagement\RMAgent\nls\english needs to exist. It should contain about 5 files.

Second, the Registry Key: HKLM\Software\Novell\ZenWorks\Language\ZWLanguage must have the same value as the above folder, in this case english. It is a STRING value.
