Hi, I use the ZfD 4.0.1 snapshot utility for some applications, but it seems to grab EVERY change that occurs.
What files and registry entry changes can I safely delete for most applications?

Take a look at AXTClean.It has some built-in items for common cleanup.It's far from complete, but it's a good starting point.
Normally anything under any of the ControlSet keys can be deleted. This isnot a 100% rule, but a good place to start.Many items there can cause you headaches if you don't remove them.
