Q:
Is there any way to tell if someone is viewing me? Or, more to the point, can our users tell when we are viewing them?



A:
If the remote icon is in the system tray they can look there. Depending onthe configuration, they might also see a message.

  • You can disable the tray icon, but unless you are running zen 7 sp1, it will also log an event in the application log every time you do it, so a user could look there and see how often you monitor. A solution would be to clear the application log at startup by using a utility like elsave.exe in the login screen.
