We made a decision to support NetWare 6.0 and NetWare 6.5 as our primary ZENworks Server platforms; this means that Inventory, Middle Tier, Workstation Import and Removal, Wake on LAN are fully supported on these platforms.
NetWare 5.1 is still supported as a distribution server - you can host eDirectory and application data on the NetWare server with no issues.
The primary issues with NetWare 5.1 were related to the Java Virtual Machine.
