Novell Cool Solutions: Question & Answer

However, I KNOW someone will say, "This is useless, I can't make appointments for my boss when I'm working at home!" or "I can't access our work group Calendar to see what we have planned in two months."I can't see anything about allowing proxy access in the help file. Would the best solution be just to tell them to exit and log into the other mailbox that contains the info they need?

Yes, as you've discovered you can't use Proxy in GroupWise WebAccess. We actually access several different mailboxes around here, so this is a very common practice for us. When we're at home during those dull Saturday afternoons, and we can't resist checking to see what our readers are writing about, we do it exactly as you describe. Basically, just log in as the other person. This will, of course, require that the other person is willing to give you their password. Most bosses are thrilled to do this, if it means you'll do stuff for them from home.
