Is there a utility that will allow me to look at the BM proxy logs and parse out information based on the userid?
A:
Both Webtrends and Telemate can do this. Note that in order to see userIDsin the logs, you must be using proxy authentication (clntrust SSO and/or SSLbrowser authentication), along with Access Rules based on NDS objects.
Note that you cannot get userIDs when using the transparent proxy, either.
