Notify from Proxy E-mail Account

I have two e-mail accounts (NSBS 5) and I proxy to other one. I was wondering if there is a way to use Notify so that I can get notified if I receive an e-mail on the other account (the one I proxy to).
A:
This won't work. Notify will use the same startup options as the client does if the client is currently in memory.
