When we implemented NWSB 5.1 our CNE did not license NetShield.How do the licenses work and how are they implemented?
A:
Included in your NSBS 5.1 box is a registration card that says in the red section on the end of the card: "Novell Small Business Suite 5 / Proof of License for VirusScan". It then give some details about the license, including the grant number.
Even though the card only says VirusScan, the license applies to NetShield, as well.
