Novell Small Business Suite 6.0 includes 60 days of free installation support (up to 5 incidents) for both Novell customers and Novell Resellers during normal business hours.

Additional support beyond the 60 days of free installation support will incur support charges. For information on technical support options with Novell, including Premium Service, visit support.novell.com.

Before calling for your 60 days of free installation support, you will need to register your product at www.novell.com/products/smallbiz using your product serial number. This number is printed on the License/Cryptography diskette.
