I get the following error: "Version mismatch between vpn application and vptunnel - Please check for available vptunnel driver"
A:
You need to remove and reinstall the VPN client:
1. Remove all traces of the old VPN client, which might require the VPN registry clean tool ( http://www.craigjconsulting.com).
2. Install Client32 before the VPN client install (only needed if you want to log in to a NetWare server after the VPN link, except with one particular version of the VPN client that wanted Client32 installed first).
3. Disable any wireless network cards during the installation.
