Using the Delimited Text driver, we need to point to a server that holds the text file. How do we say which user/password has the rights to that server? We tried placing the ID.Context and password in the Application section, but it could not find the directory/file. Any ideas?

Is this Win32? The only way to do this would be to use the Remote Loader to run the driver. You could either run it on the server that hosts the files, or on the DirXML Server. If it's on the DirXML server, you'd have to make sure that the Remote Loader service was configured to run as a user with rights to the remote system rather than as a local system.
