I am getting error -9145 - 'Error in vnd.nds.stream' when I synchronize on the subscriber channel. I think I need to change the ports on one of the channels but cannot find any info on this.

That particular error has nothing to do with the LDAP or any other port. It indicates a problem in a policy. The vnd.nds.stream reference is a pointer to the particular policy and line number within the policy XML where the problem is occurring. That particular error code happens when a policy is trying to do something to an object in either the source or destination but it can't determine, based on the current object or specification of the DN or association, which object should be affected.
