In order for a user to access their info in SecretStore they must access a server that is running SSS.NLM and that has a replica of their partition. One server that is running SSS per user partition is all that is really required. But to make the redundancy of SecretStore the same as for NDS, run SSS.NLM on every server that has a replica of user partitions.
