Password change periods and password policies can be customized to meet your requirements per application. Password changes can be set to occur as frequently as desired, and SSL will handle the change seamlessly for the user. If you prefer your users to choose their own new password for some or all applications, SSL will enter their old password into the old password field that typically exists in an application (the user hasn't entered it for a while so they don't know what it is), and prompt the user to simply enter a new password. SSL will save the new password in the datastore and then login to the application using the new password. When a password change is due the process will be repeated.
