Q:
I know that we can use Protocom attributes and the encryption is 3DES or SecretStore. Where are the private keys stored for each method?

A:
The private key is stored within the directory for access to SecretStore. For the attribute version, a key based on the user password is held in the cache file and is accessed by unlocking part of the file with the passphrase.
