Q:
I get the following LDAP-mode error when I log in:
SecureLogin's attempt to load your data from the directory failed (error -603).

A:
This error is received after the passphrase is initially set in NSL version 3.0.6. This problem no longer exists in SecureLogin version 3.51 SP1.
