Q:
I am I running iFolder 2.1 and Apache Web Server 1.03 on NW6sp5. When a user browses to http:\\hostname\ the "Welcome to NetWare 6" page appears with info links about NW6 services in a frame on the left, but when a user browses to http:\\hostname\iFolder the download iFolder page appears. I can't figure out how this is referenced in the httpd.conf file. Could someone provide me with an easy way to just make the iFolder Home come up by default OR tell me what I need to do to set up virtual hosts so I can have a add a host name to take users to the iFolder Home instead of the NetWare 6 Home?

A:
The easiest would perhaps be to set up a separate apache instance, on a secondary IP address for iFolder. Here's how:

1. Make a copy of httpd.conf, name it myserver.conf
2. Edit it, putting in correct IP addresses and names
3. Create a myapache.ncf:
LOAD ADDRESS SPACE = MYAPACHE APACHE -f SYS:APACHE\CONF\MYSERVER.CONF
(all on one line)
4. Run it
Rem out the line that includes the ifolder conf file in your adminserv.conf and add it to myserver.conf
You also need to adjust all IP addresses in the iFolder conf file and in its DS objects.
