Moving iFolder to new server easily

I can understand that administratively it's easier to have users make one
last sync, me setup the new instance of iFolder, then have users sync back.
But we have several (myself included) with 3+GB of data. I'd be moving to
a new box with a new IP (b.c of a cluster). If I copy the data myself,
when the clients go to sync to the new box, will it only sync any deltas.
This would be on iFolder 2.1 - NetWare 6, Service Pack 3

This works perfectly well. Just make sure the new iFolder server has been configured correctly, restore the data, make sure iFolder points to the correct data location and all will be well.
