Users are receiving duplicate messages when the sender uses the NIMS Modular Web Agent.

A:
Duplicate messages from ModWeb is usually caused by the sender clicking the browser's "Refresh" button immediately after the send, and then reposting the compose request. Clicking the browser "Refresh" button will perform the last action again. So, if a user just sent a message then uses the browser's update button to "refresh" the message will be sent for a second time.

Users sending messages through the NetMail web interface should refresh the contents of their mailbox by clicking on the "update" link on the web page to , rather than clicking the refresh button on the browser's toolbar.
