After clicking the Send button, I'm presented with a login screen. What happened and was my email sent?



A:
If you see the login screen, it means your session has timed out. This happened because you took longer to compose your message than the time-out period allows. Your email will be sent once you login again. You can change the amount of time NetMail waits before timing-out your session.
