When using iChain and Form-Fill to Accelerate and Single Sign-On to GroupWise WebAccess, users will by default be redirected to the login page when they logout. This will result in iChain making a new Form-Fill and the user will return to GroupWise WebAccess after clicking logout.
You could teach your users to just close the browser, but here is the right way to do it.
Groupwise WebAccess can redirect the users to a specific page after logout, based on the IP address.
You just need to edit the WEBACC.CFG file on the WebAccess server. By default, stored in SYS:\Novell\WebAccess.
Just add the following line to the file:
Security.Logout.URL.<IP or DNS servername of the iChain box(s)>=http://<the logoutpage>
I normally redirect to the iChain servers main page, from here the user can start the other accelerators.
