Managing GroupWise Mailbox Size
Each GroupWise mailbox is limited to a certain size determined by your system administrator. If your mailbox size exceeds the limit, you cannot send new items until you delete or archive some of your existing items.
You can use the Mailbox Storage Size Information dialog to view your Mailbox size and to manage items to regain space.

- Select Tools | Check Mailbox Size.
- Select one of the following View options;
- Trash
- Sent items
- Received items
- Post/Draft Items
- Review the current size of your mailbox compared to the maximum storage limit.
- Delete or archive messages as needed.
Note: Your Caching and Online mailbox storage limits will likely differ. Access the Mailbox storage Size window from the proper mode (i.e. Caching or Online) to manage the corresponding mailbox.
