GroupWise (6.5) can cause through ODMA, Visio 2002 to crash when attempting to save a document.
Attempting to save presents the user with a different dialog box. Selecting the top option allows you to save normally. At any point if you select "Options" to define what format you want to save, Visio crashes. If you select the second option, again Visio crashes.
First solution - close GroupWise (not very useful), having GroupWise open whilst trying to save in Visio causes the problem.
The other solution I found was that the common link between GroupWise and Visio is ODMA, therefore searching the Registry revealed two registry keys, both it seems created by GroupWise installation.
Deleting these Registry keys fixes the problem.
This applies to Windows NT/2000 (not tested on XP yet).
