Do you ever find yourself typing the same information over and over again in emails? Maybe you have setup a cut-and-paste system or you use the Work In Progress folder to keep a master of this content. Well, there is a much easier way. When creating a new item, use the Retrieve function to insert text into the body.
Insert Saved Text in Emails
The Retrieve function is located on the File Menu for all new items. Let's take a look at just how easy it is to use.
- Create a new mail item.
- Position the cursor where you would like to insert to the text.
- Click File.
- Click Retrieve?
- Select the file from the Retrieve dialog and click Open.
The text will be inserted in the item at the specified location. The text you insert can even be HTML including graphics if you are creating an HMTL message.
