Change your default font

With HTML email, you can completely change the look and feel of every email. But changing the default font for emails in GroupWise can be a little bit tricky.

Change compose view to HTML

In order to change your font, you must be composing emails in HTML. Do the following to make this the default:

  1. Click Tools.
  2. Click Options?
  3. Double-click Environment.
  4. Click on the Views tab.
  5. Select HTML for the Default Compose View.
  6. Select OK.

Set the default font

Setting the default font can be a little tricky if you don't know where to look.

  1. Create a new Mail Item.
  2. Select the desired font from the drop-down menu.
  3. Right-click anywhere on the HTML toolbar.
  4. Click Set Current Font as Default.

That is all there is to it. Now you can have the personalized look you want without having to change the font on every new item.
