I ran into a problem when I installed iFolder 2.0 last night on my NW6SP1 DS 10320.29 (8.6.2sp1) machine. If your password for your user (at least when hitting the admin interface) starts with (and maybe even contains) an ampersand (&), you will not be authenticated. If I change it to something besides that, I can get in with no problem.
(For the record, with the & I can still authenticate to NPS, so I know it's not an LDAP limitation. It's probably how the form is being processed.)
