SUSE Linux Enterprise Server Evalution Now Available For Multiple Architectures

In the past, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server was available for evaluation in only the x86 architecture. Novell has made other architectures available for download here. Some of the available architectures include:

• SLES 8 for x86
• SLES 9 for IBM POWER
• SLES 9 for IBM zSeries & IBM s390
• SLES 9 for Itanium Processor Family
• SLES 9 for x86, AMD64 & EM64T

Novell also provides extensive documentation for SUSE Linux. For example, the install guide for the 64 bit processor architecture is available here.
