When you're using ConsoleOne to edit Policies, the snapins hide the individual policies, and only show you the Policy Package that they're a part of. This is normally a very good thing. However, it's possible that there may be Policy objects that you can't see. To be absolutely sure which Policy objects are present, start ConsoleOne with the parameter -showhiddenobjects and you will be able to see the individual Policy objects as well as the Policy Package.
