The Remote Control password is stored in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZENworks\Remote Management\RMAgent,"Password" in a non-machine specific, encrypted format. This means that although you can't read the encrypted password, you can copy it to another machine, and it will still work. Here's one way of doing it...
On one machine, set the Remote Control password, using the password you want to distribute to the other workstations. Using REGEDIT, export the value (go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZENworks\Remote Management\RMAgent, and select "password" in the right-hand pane, then choose File->export, and choose a file to save the value to).
Create a "simple" Application Object, and on the Distribution Options tab, Registry, choose file, import and point to the .reg file you saved earlier. Associate the app to those users/workstations that you want to have the "standard" password", and make it force run (because it's only setting one registry value, I'd also recommend that you uncheck the "Show Progress" box in the Identification, Icon page).
Note: Users can change this password, so you may wish to change the Remote Control policy so that the Remote Control icon is not displayed.
