The information about licenses is held in an eDirectory object called ZENWorksLicenses at the root of the tree (it appears as an unknown object, because there are no snapins for this type of object). Delete this object, close ConsoleOne, and delete LICENSES.READ (this is the cached license information) - this file will either be in c:\novell, or the 1.2\lib\zen directory of your local copy of ConsoleOne.

To install the new licence, you can run the first option on the installation disk "Schema Extension and Product Licensing" (uncheck "extend schema"), or, more simply, open any ZEN object, and you'll be prompted for the license.
