Have you heard?...Occasionally I receive unsolicited feedback from some of my announcments here in the BUZZ. A few weeks ago, Greg McKee, CIO for Friday, Eldredge & Clark, approached me while I was at an event speaking in Phoenix. He wanted to let me know about a GroupWise 3rd party product that they are using for CRM that I had mentioned in the BUZZ. The product is InterAction from Interface Software from Lexis-Nexis. It provides full CRM integration with GroupWise and he said his firm has been extremely satisified with the product and finds it valuable due to its tight GroupWise compatibility. For more information visit

Have you heard?...Two GroupWise conferences are approaching that you will want to put on your calendar. The first is in Oct/Nov in Las Vegas. It is the GroupWise Advisor Summit. You can find out all the conference details at

The second conference is GWAVACon II in January. Focused on solving GroupWise issues for GroupWise Administrators, GWAVACon is sponsored by GWAVA to help promote GroupWise solutions. You can find more information at

Have you heard?...BrainStorm also has a best seller on their hands and a hot selling event. BrainStorm's new Cross Platform quickstart cards are now available for GroupWise 7. You can see them here.

And their Train-the-Trainer courses for GroupWise 7 have begun to sell out. Be sure to not miss out on this one by visiting BrainStorm.
