Problem
iManager is slower when using Internet Explorer. It is typically faster when using Firefox or Opera, but some plug-ins do not work properly unless you use Internet Explorer.
Solution
TID10098887 refers to the slow loading of GroupWise WebAccess pages, but the same solution can be applied when you are using iManager on Internet Explorer.
- Following the information from TID10098887, edit sys:\Apache2\conf\httpd.conf.
- Change "MSIE" to "MSIE 4\.0b2;".
- Enter the commands AP2WEBDN and AP2WEBUP at the iManager server console.
This should improve Internet Explorer performance on iManager.
