Workaround for Error when installing iManager 2.5 on SUSE 9.3

Problem:
iManager 2.5 installation fails on SUSE 9.3 Professional with error: "A request to the red-carpet daemon to identify itself was not answered. Red-carpet failed to connect to the local iManager channel"
Reason:
iManager installation tries to setup the "rcd" and "rug" packages from the "packages/redcarpet/sles-9" folder. The "rug-2.0.2-30.1.i586.rpm" does not work on the "python-2.4-14" installed with SUSE 9.3. Therefore no "rug" is available and the install fails.
Solution:
Install the "rug-2.4.4-0.ximian.1.1.i586.rpm" out from the "packages/redcarpet/rhas-3"-folder.
