Problem
You want to build an IPV6 tunnel to enable your internal network for IPV6 - however, the tunnel won't start up. You suspect the problem may be with your NSM packet filter settings.
Solution
To solve this problem, add a new service to your Security Manager service definition using protocol "IP" and protocol number 41.

After that, simply add a matching rule for your tunnel's starting and ending point, using the service definition described above.
