A reader asked the following question:
"I need to add a GroupWise secondary domain, but on Linux. It will be on SLES9, and I am using eDirectory. How would I go about doing this?"
And here's the response from GroupWise guru Danita Zanre ...
You can do it one of two ways:
1. Via Samba, attach to the Linux server from a Windows Workstation that can see both servers. Create the secondary server as "usual", but point to the Linux location.
2. Install ConsoleOne on the Linux server and via NCP attach to the NetWare server that owns the primary domain. Then create the secondary domain.
I prefer method #2, because of the "mapping" issues (i.e., slashes/backslashes). It also seems to be easier for me to make sure it's all working.
