Problem

The "All Day Event" option in GroupWise 7 client is not displayed when creating a new appointment.

Solution

I reinstalled the GroupWise 7 client 3 times, with no luck getting the All Day Event option to appear when creating a new appointment. Then I experimented with going into Caching Mode on my buddy machine to see if I could get the "All Day Event" button to show up ...

It shows up in caching mode! Who would have thought that it was only available in caching mode? When I switch back to online mode ... yep... it's gone.

Note: This solution was tested with in an environment with Windows XP SP2 and the GroupWise 7.0 client.
