The bars next to the appointments in your day or week calendar view represent the way your time is scheduled. They'll be grey if you're using your default calendar, or, if you-re using multiple-colored calendars, they-ll be a variation of the color you chose. The way your appointment is scheduled here also reflects how your time shows up in a busy search. Here's the key to what those little bars mean.
- Light colored: Busy
- Diagonal-striped: Tentative
- White: Free
- Dark colored: Out-of-office
