Tip 1
Problem
You may get the following error:
Send Failure: 421 *.net: SMTP command timeout - closing connection
Solution
Check your disk space; run a purge on the volume holding the GroupWise directory. (This solution was tested in an environment with Groupwise 6.5 and GWIA.)
Tip 2
Problem
You need to stop PDA Connect from doing a full sync.
Solution
1. Make sure the latest update is installed.
2. Double-click the PDA Connect icon on your desktop.
3. Uncheck the items you don't want to sync.
4. Click the Synchronize button.
