Although traditional left-click drag and drop methods will work when you're ready to organize the many folders in your folder list, right-click and drag will give you minute control.
1. Select the folder you wish to move using your right mouse button.
2. While holding the right mouse button, drag your folder to a desired location in your folder list.
3. Release the right mouse button.
4. Choose among the following options that appear in a context menu:
a. Move Into: moves the folder into the folder you select creating a sub-folder.
b. Move Below: places the folder below the folder you select.
c. Move Above: places the folder above the folder you select.
d. Cancel: cancels the move.
