Problem

You need to fix Groupwise client errors, client crashes, lost folders, slow client performance, etc.

Solution

Use Novell Groupwise Mailbox/Library Maintenance.

Run GWCheck in the order shown below. Be sure to put your name in the result field so you get the log.

1. Contents check, with the "deldupfolders" option in the Misc field. Run it until you get zero errors in the log. You may need to run it 5-6 times.

2. Structual Rebuild

3. Reset Client Options

4. Synchronize the user
