Here's a list of useful TIDs from Novell Technical Support for Citrix Issues:

1. Cannot access Citrix MetaFrame server through iChain - TID10093921

Problem:
- Cannot access Citrix MetaFrame server through iChain
- An I/O error occurred while your request was being processed
- Proxy or Firewall blocking CONNECT HTTP requests to MetaFrame accelarator

Fix: Modify the Metaframe accelerator setup so that it forces the ICA client to generate the HTTP CONNECT request over SSL. This will prevent any intermediate firewall or proxy blocking the CONNECT request that may be considered a security risk. Get the details here

2. Cannot single sign on to Citrix WebInterface server using iChain 2.3 - TID10093238

Problem:
- Cannot single sign on to Citrix WebInterface server using iChain 2.3
- Logging out of iChain causes Citrix SSO information to be lost

Fix: When Citrix is setup with NDS integration, a citrix cookie takes care of the NDS context right after we log into WebInterface/NFuse for the first time . This implies that the user has to log in once into the NFuse login page before that the SSO is able to kick in. This is the way the Citrix interafce into NDS is designed to work. When this happens, and the cookies get deleted or the user moves to another workstation where no cookie is set, then the SSO will fail. Get the details here

3. An I/O (Input/Output) error occurred while your request was being processed - TID10093878

Problem:
- An I/O (Input/Output) error occurred while your request was being processed
- Cannot access Citrix Metaframe server through iChain

Fix: Apply the correct messages.cfg (see iChain 2.3 documentation for further details) as defined in the iChain 2.3 Administration GUIDE in "SYS:ETC\PROXY\DATA\ERRPAGE\NLS\language". Per default there is no messages.cfg file in any language directory other than English. Get the details here
