Here's how to give users a simple way to manage jobs on NDPS Printers.
You can use Job Manager (NWJMW32.EXE) from \PUBLIC\WIN32. To call it directly, you need to supply two parameters:
ds printer name and number (I think it is the printer number attached to PA)
like this:
NWJMW32.EXE \\TREE\printer.context.organization 1
If a user is assigned as Manager/Operator to this printer he will be able to reorder/hold/remove jobs for other users.
I use ZENworks for Desktops to deliver a link to this app with correct parameters.
