This probably isn't a huge problem yet, since there probably aren't a lot of workstations out there with four hard drives attached. However, for you lucky guys out in front, here's a little gotcha.

We heard from a customer who was unable to create an image of a workstation that had three internal drives (2 IDE and 1 SCSI) and one external drive (Iomega Jaz). They paid close attention to the create process and discovered that it sent the information from the first two or three drives (the internal drives) but seemed to choke soon after that. At that point, it was trying to transfer an 'Unknown' file and the size was reported as 278751791734, which can't be correct. The image file continued to grow in size until it reached the 4 gb limit.

Solution? Remove the Jaz drive. Apparently the problem stems from attempting to format the Jaz driving using a Windows OS. When using the Iomega tools to format the drive the problem does not occur.
