After you login to a user's computer to troubleshoot a problem, your userID and Context stays in the client login screen and the next morning the user has login problems.
A quick fix for this is to copy the userID first before you login as yourself. After you're done on the machine, right click on the N (Novell) go to Client Properties, Location Profiles, Properties of Default, Properties Again, and here you will find the settings that will be retained after you restart the computer.
Set the context to the user's context, PASTE user's Id in the ID field and you're done!
You won't get another call about not being able to login because "someone" left the incorrect context in, or the user's ID isn't there anymore by default.
